I m in the same situation. got hacked a year ago by someone from China. Havent logged into account for long so didnt notice until now when i tried to log back in. He even changed my Rockstar account's email to his email. I submitted a support ticket but still waiting for their investigation.

Might wanna send a separate ticket talking only about the problems they didn't address. That's exactly right. I work in software support, though fortunately we are a lot slower than Rockstar's support probably is.
